Each session is adapted to what the body needs, and can incorporate techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, stretching, mobilisation, and the option of heat or hot stones.
My approach is calm, rigorous, and trauma-aware - with a focus on restoring movement, easing discomfort, and supporting lasting change.
